Located in the heart of the town, the Welcome Centre offers a charming and picturesque venue that promises to make your rustic dreams come true. The handcrafted wood and exposed beams of the venue invites a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the spacious interior offers ample room for any event you wish to celebrate.

The Kitchen

Step into the kitchen nestled in the side of the Welcome Centre. This was handcrafted and well thought out. It features a large stainless fridge, oven, and microwave. With its inviting ambiance and familiar comforts of home, it becomes the heart of any event.

Up to Five Hours Rental

Up to five hours Rental - $65.00 plus tax.

Damage Deposit (You will receive this back after event, provided there are no damages) - $65.00 no tax.

Full Day Rental



Full Day Rental - $100.00 plus tax.

Tables & Chairs

The Welcome Centre includes tables & chairs. These can be set up by request. 160 person occupancy with tables & chairs.

205 person occupancy with chairs only.       

*Included in the price.

Hours of Operation

The Welcome Centre is open at 8:00 AM and closes at 11:00 PM.

These are the hours you may have the Welcome Centre if you choose Full Day.

If you choose Up to Five Hours, you can choose any five hours with the hours of operation.

Things you need to know

Alcoholic Beverages

To have alcoholic beverages on the premises, you must first obtain permission from Council, and get a Special Events Liquor License. No homemade alcoholic products or BYOB are permitted on site.

 

Damage Deposit

Facility rentals subject to damage deposit separate from rental fee and will be returned upon inspection of facility showing no damage. Deposit will be retained if contract is not followed.

 

Cancellation

There must be a 24-hour notice of cancellation to receive a full refund.
