Mayor

I would first of all, like to thank everyone for your support. It is truly an honour and a humbling experience to be elected to be your mayor.

I grew up in Kilburn NB, and graduated from Southern Victoria High School in Perth-Andover. Since graduating, I have worked in the transportation industry for 25 years. For the last 15 years, I have called Plaster Rock my home, where my wife Tanya and I have chosen to raise our 4 children.

As mayor, I intend to work tirelessly to improve our community. Along with our Council, I intend to work to:

-         Encourage economic development in our community.

-         Improve communication with our youth, and develop opportunities for our youth to become more involved in our community. 

-         Improve recreation facilities and opportunities within the District.

I believe in the people of our community. I believe that when we work together, listen to one another, and share a common vision for the future, we can achieve great things.. 

Thank you for placing your trust in me. I am honoured by the opportunity to serve, and I look forward to working with Council and with all of you to make the District of Tobique Valley an even better place to live, work, raise a family, and call home.
